All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once your purchase is complete.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your physical product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@creatinghallelujahs.com with a clear photo and description of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve it, which may include replacing the item or issuing a refund.

Returns or exchanges for non-damaged items may be accepted at our discretion if requested within 14 days of delivery. Returns may be subject to inspection and must be returned in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges on items that have been used, damaged, or not returned in their original condition, or items that are returned outside the allowed timeframe.

Orders are shipped via standard U.S. carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but domestic orders generally arrive within 3–7 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and size/weight of the order. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
